First off let me start by saying Hello, this is my first post on these boards. I have been I long time lurker, so I feel like I already know some of you. As you can tell by my signature, I am a huge USAR fan, they have the best racing in the world. I have been going to their races for years. This saturday(8/30) I will be making a 8 hour drive to Mansfield to watch the 1st of 4 championship playoff races. I though I could make a thread for the 4 races here. I will be cheering like crazy for Benny Gordon. Him and his spotter , billy farley, are class acts to their fans. I hope benny can win a 2nd championship.

Well, I just got back and all I can say was what an amazing trip!!! I had so much fun, that was a great race 10 out of 10 stars! Benny had to start last because of an engine change and won the race. My voice is sore from cheering for him, he had a great battle win Mark Mcfarland for the lead pretty much the whole race. Mansfield is my new favorite track to go to, the facility is great , the staff is great , the fans are great , and the racing was awesome. The track is good because it has the big track feel but also that saturday night short track feel at the same time. I really want to make it the to Truck race at Mansfield one of these years.

Race 2 of 4 for the USAR Championship was just as good as race one. At Iowa Speedway Benny Gordon won(YES!) Mark Mcfarland was 2nd(same 1-2 as mansfield)

Benny has a 45 points lead with 2 races left. That will be hard for mcfarland to overcome.
