Indy Lights at Belle Isle

Will be there any chance Indy Lights can race at Belle Isle?

Not sure why they didn't. At Mid-O, they managed to run ALMS, IRL, SWC GT and TC, IMSA GT3, and 2 Lights races in one weekend. At Detroit it was just ALMS, IRL, and SWC GT. Mid-O was quite a bit cheaper, too.
